Floating-bar dining in The Bight, Norman Island
A unique bar and restaurant on the water, tucked into The Bight at Norman Island in the British Virgin Islands. Willy T is a stop for lunch, a cold drink and a lively change of pace during an island-hopping day.
What is it like?
Step aboard the floating bar for food and drinks with boats all around you. The menu includes substantial lunch choices, so it can work as a meal stop as well as a round at the bar. The atmosphere can become rowdy; ask your captain about timing if visiting with children or seeking a quiet lunch.
Plan the stop
Arrange boat access with your charter captain and check current meal service before setting off. A stop at Willy T does not automatically include food or drinks in your charter fare. Allow enough time for lunch and the journey home, especially when crossing from the USVI.
What to bring
- Swimwear, towel, hat and sun protection.
- A dry bag and payment for meals or trip extras.
- If crossing from the USVI: valid passports and any required travel documents, following your captain’s clearance instructions.
Follow the crew’s boarding instructions and keep valuables protected from water. Choose your return boat arrangements before spending time at the bar.
